5S Methodology Training
At MZF4, our commitment to excellence is lived every day!
This week, Jéssica Melo (EHS Technician), Alice Rocha and Giselle Souza (Quality System Analysts) led an important 5S Methodology Training with our managers and operational leaders, reinforcing key pillars of our culture: organization, safety, and continuous improvement. More than a training session, it was a moment of collective learning and experience sharing, focused on identifying improvement opportunities and strengthening a safer, more efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Program highlights:
• Practical application of the five senses, with real-life examples
• Team challenges promoting engagement and cooperation
• “Spot the 7 errors” activity, encouraging a critical eye for risks and failures
• Exchange of best practices among participants

The initiative, organized jointly by the Quality Management System (QMS) and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) teams, reinforces the importance of combining people, method, and purpose to ensure that excellence remains a hallmark of MZF4.
