Last Wednesday, we took another important step in our journey of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. Our team members participated in the White Belt in Six Sigma training, delivered in partnership with RL & Associados.

More than learning a methodology, it was an opportunity to develop a new way of thinking:

• Seeing processes with greater clarity
• Making decisions based on data
• Identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensuring quality at every step of the process

Six Sigma teaches us that quality is not acidental… it is the result of method, discipline, and collaboration. Because continuous improvement is a culture and not just a goal!
