Third Generation

A special gathering that celebrates the present and prepares for the future! At MZF4, we had the pleasure of welcoming Giovanni Mazzaferro (Chairman of the Board), accompanied by members of the family’s third generation: Stefano Mazzaferro, Lorenzo Mazzaferro, and Luca Lucentini.

More than just a visit, this was a symbolic moment of connection between generations — strengthening the younger members’ engagement with the company’s history, values, and culture, while also bringing them closer to the teams that drive our growth every day.
