Innovation Also Emerges from New Perspectives

Our VP, Mônica Vilah, LeaderX Ambassador, participated in a special evening at LeaderX, featuring an inspiring presentation, “Polar Route”, by navigator Beto Pandiani, who shared experiences from his journey. It was an opportunity to listen, reflect, and exchange experiences in a high-level environment, bringing together different perspectives on strategy, leadership, innovation, and action.

For MZF4, moments like this reinforce the importance of being connected to people and environments that encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and the pursuit of new possibilities. Congratulations to Ricardo Cancela, Henrique Sei, Edson Yamamoto, Eloy, and the entire Leader X team for this initiative and for creating yet another meeting dedicated to knowledge and innovation.
