Mazzaferro reduces 95% of physical documents

According to the company, document circulation time is reduced by up to 80% and it is easier to organise and control documents thanks to the Workflow module, a tool that controls document flow. GlobalDoc uses Microsoft XML technology to integrate with enterprise management systems (ERP) or other applications.

“The decentralisation of tasks and the speed of document processing has made our daily routine easier. We only had to train the employees to use the software,” explains Carlos Roberto de Lana, Quality Coordinator at Mazzaferro in São Paulo. Lana adds that there are plans to deploy GlobalDoc in the administrative sector of the company.
