Talent development

Yesterday we welcomed the graduating class from SENAC São Bernardo do Campo (São Paulo, Brazil) to MZF4. It was a special moment of knowledge exchange, where we had the opportunity to present our innovation practices and governance model that drive results and strengthen our growth.

The event also featured an inspiring talk by Mônica Biajo, our HR Manager, a reference in people governance and talent development.
