Think Differently!

Yesterday, MZF4 celebrated Quality Day 2025 with this year’s theme: “Think Differently.” The event was organized by the Quality Management System (QMS) team with the support of our COO, Mônica Vilah, focusing on reflection, innovation, and continuous improvement (pillars of our quality culture).

We had the honor of welcoming Mr. Ricardo Magnani, from the Santo André Technology Park, who inspired us with a keynote on innovation and new perspectives for addressing quality challenges. We extend our thanks for his partnership and for the valuable insights shared.

We also had a presentation from Daniela de Moraes, Quality Management System Manager, who reinforced the importance of thinking differently, challenging the status quo, and evolving together. Because quality means this: seeing everyday routines with new eyes, learning continuously, and building the future with purpose.
