White January and Mental Health

We want to share an incredible experience from the Mental Health Challenge held at MZF4, with the participation of employees from various departments, aiming to Practice Empathy. By offering help and paying attention to the emotional needs of those around us.

Noticing others is a valuable way to contribute to the well-being of everyone… After all, companies are primarily made up of PEOPLE!

White January, started in Brazil in 2014, is a global campaign aimed at raising awareness about Mental Health. Choosing January strategically, the first month of the year, the campaign emphasizes the importance of Mental Health in improving the quality of life, promoting healthy relationships, and creating positive changes in social institutions worldwide.

The white color symbolizes blank sheets, representing the opportunity to draw, write, or rewrite goals and aspirations for the year. Created by psychologist Leonardo Abrahão, the campaign involves various activities such as lectures, courses, interviews, and approaches in different spaces, seeking to sensitize both the public and political authorities about the importance of public policies in Mental Health.
